Join us for springtime in Paris! In this 2-hour, hands-on class, choux pastry enthusiast Kelly Pratt will help you master delicious and versatile choux pastry. From sweet to savory fillings, and from eclairs to profiteroles, choux is your ticket to mouthwatering and wow-worthy desserts and appetizers! Each participant will learn the ins and outs of making and baking choux to perfection, as well as a variety of fillings (classic vanilla pastry cream, lemon, chocolate). We will also cover decorating techniques and provide recipes and delectable samples. Space is limited, so claim your spot ASAP!
